Our app
Mike.key for phone
and desktop
Our own app instead of third-party ones. No key to type: it connects with one tap on the link from the bot, picks its own route to the server and switches back to the fast one when it frees up. Russian websites go direct, bypassing our server: it’s faster, and banks don’t complain.
Android will ask permission to install from this source: it does that for any file from outside the store. Updates arrive inside the app, no need to download again.
Windows will warn about an unknown publisher. It says that about any program without a paid signature, not that something is wrong with the file: click “More info”, then “Run anyway”.
How to connect
- Get the link in the bot. Open @key_200_bot and tap “Mike.key app”. The bot sends a connection link and a code in case the link doesn’t open.
- Install the app from this page or straight from the bot, the files are the same.
- Tap “Connect this device” and paste the link or the code. Nothing else to enter: server address, keys and settings arrive by themselves.
How it differs from the apps in the catalog
No keys or settings by hand: the link from the bot brings everything at once.
The app tries several paths to the server and moves to a working one if the current one stops responding.
Eight and a half thousand Russian networks bypass our server: faster, and banks don’t ask extra questions.
A speed test with and without the tunnel right in the app, and a log you send to support with one button.
The app is new and moves fast: if something goes wrong, tap “Send log to developer” and we’ll see exactly what happened. The catalog of third-party apps is still here.
